Banana Nut Bread
4 ripe bananas
1 box yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
¾ cup walnuts or pecans
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
Pour cake mix in bowl, along with bananas, eggs, and crushed pineapple. Mix ingredients. Fold in walnuts with a large spoon or spatula.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray loaf with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for at least 50 minutes. Test for doneness using a toothpick.
