Hello beautiful people, if you haven't noticed already, I seem to be loving me some Porridge or Pottage (whatever you're comfortable with) at the Kitchen Muse. On my last episode, I dropped an Asaro/Yam Porridge recipe which got a lot of people asking questions about me adding sugar to that recipe. Well today, I'm trying out my hands on the Honey Beans Porridge and I'm might just do the same with Plantain Porridge.

11/2 Cups Honey Beans
1/4 Cup Palm Oil
3 Tbsp Crayfish
1 Cup Tomato/Pepper Mix
1/2 Medium Onion (Chopped)
2 Stock Cubes
