Coriander Leaves (harra dhania) 5-6 tbsp
Mint Leaves (podina) 5-6 tbsp
Green Chili (harri mirch) 5-6
Cumin Seeds (zeera) 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes (kuti huwi surkh mirch) ½ tsp
Salt (namak) as per taste
Tamarind pulp (imli ka gooda) 1 cup
Besan Wali Roti:
Gram (besan) ½ cup
Refined Flour (atta) ½ cup
Chopped Onion (katti huwi pyaz) ½ cup
Mint Leaves (podina) 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (harra dhania) 3 tbsp
Green Chili (harri mirch) 2-3
Ginger Garlic Paste (lehson adrak paste) 1 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes (kuti huwi surkh mirch) ½ tsp
Crushed Coriander (kutta huwa dhania) 1 tsp
Salt (namak) as per taste
Cooking Oil (khanai ka tail) 1 tsp
Water (paani) as required
