No eggs, no milk!

Bread recipe and ingredients:
250 ml warm water.
250 ml warm milk.
20 g sugar.
14 g dry yeast.
Mix well and leave for 15 minutes to activate the yeast.
Sift 770 g wheat flour.
12 g salt.
Mix well and make a well.
The yeast will be well activated.
Add the activated yeast to the flour.
70 ml vegetable oil.
Mix the ingredients well.
Dust the table with flour.
Knead into a soft, smooth dough.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Shape the dough with your hands.
Assemble as shown in the video.
Today we are going to make a delicious homemade milk bread.
Cover and leave to rise for 15 minutes.
Spread the dough again.
Roll into a tube.
Secure the edges.
Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Repeat as above.
