For how long can I leave it to rise before baking and if it doesn't rise, what can I do, trying out your recipe as I type

@@OkparaGloria-ml7uo 40 minutes is fine, or till it doubles in size. If it doesn’t rise, it’s either the yeast is not active or you used hot water. If you use good yeast and warm water, it will rise. Hoping it turns out right

I think it’s best to use an aluminum pot. The heating process can affect nonstick pot
