juan jose agramon molina thank you so much! They are actually the same however the black pearls are more sweeter and more chewy than the white ones. If you are planning to make bubble tea, the black ones are the best! 😊

can you substitute the black tea for earl grey tea, and the condensed milk for regular milk?

keira wong hello! Black tea is the best but if you also like earl grey tea then you can use. The condensed milk will give taste to it. If you are not a fan of sugar then no need to put regular milk 😊😊😊 i hope you enjoy! 😊😊😊

Hi Anzela! This is the link on how to cook white tapioca pearls. HOW TO COOK WHITE TAPIOCA PEARLS kzitem.info/news/bejne/kaiqzaidjKiVnIY This is not the same as the texture and taste of the black pearls but you can make them sweet by putting them in a simple syrup after cooking just like on the video. 😊😊😊

It’s actually very easy to make the pearls! I set a pan on medium, add 1/3 water and 1/4 brown sugar, let it boil, then add 1/2 cup tapioca starch and then it becomes a lil sticky. Then add another 1/2 cup tapioca starch and when it cools down after bringing it off the heat, knead it all together until it’s smooth. Then you just roll it into small balls and then boil them in water for 15-20 mins. They turn out pretty good 🙌 also tapioca starch at an Asian store is usually $1, at least where I am.
