Buffalo shrimp
Ingredients:
Shrimp
Butter
Eggs
Flour
Cornstarch
Buffalo Sauce
Season All
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
1. Peel and Devine shrimp. Leave the tail on.
2. Season shrimp to taste with season all, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. I’m a bowl add 2 eggs and a tablespoon Buffalo sauce.
4. To a bowl add 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup cornstarch. Season to taste with the same seasonings as the shrimp.
5. Coat shrimp with egg wash then dry batter.
6. Fry for 4 minutes or until golden.
7. In a sauce pan add 2 tablespoons butter. Once butter melts add 1 cup Buffalo sauce.
8. Toss shrimp in sauce.
9. Enjoy!
