The rosette builds on a star technique: Start with a simple drop star made holding your bag straight up and down, squeeze, raise tip a little bit then move over to the side a little (without lifting the piping tip), continue to pipe and arc towards the top and then a semi-circle until you connect with the starting point. To get a nice, clean finish don’t squeeze as hard towards the end. Decrease pressure then pull away. Tips you can use: 16, 21, 32, 1M, 2D
