In this video I take a batch of freshly processed venison and put it through the pressure canner. Don’t knock it before you try it! It really is quite delicious and very tender. We didn’t believe it until we tried it ourselves. Also, this is a great way to save space in your freezer and not have all of your eggs in one basket so to speak. (Been there done that when we had a freezer go bad and lost all of our meat.) Enjoy this video and give canned venison a try!
