First sear the beef in some bacon fat, then add in some boil eggs, next add in a tablespoon of fish sauce, water, salt, bone broth, and cook. I will serve it with a bit of sour cream to my bowl to make it beefy and rich.

I discovered a better cut. Try simple cubed steak cutlets like for chicken fry. I cut it into strips for my stew, since it is already tenderized, it melts in your mouth and is so much cheaper! Try it! I don't bother with browning, dump it in with the bone broth and a heaping serving spoon full of bacon drippings and some smoked Redmond salt...mmm. We sub in Butternut Squash for potatoes, not too bad and provides a little Oxalate for taming Oxalate Dumps per Sally Norton! You do your Carni, we'll do ours. Still get the same great results. Those cutlets are also good with Pig Panko fried in butter...mmmmmmmm. I always have them in the freezer...you can also make cream cheese/cream gravy for it. We tolerate dairy too. No problems.

@@WildLumens I'll try again: If you want a cheap an easy way to just try it without getting sucked into buying a load of accessories, you could try searching for: Dash Sous Vide, 8.5 quart. Pretty much all you need to get started cooking small steaks, chops and so forth is that item and a bag (though I use silicone.) Of course, you generally want to sear the outside when you're done. I use a weed torch, but most others use a frying pan. It's small, but it gives you a good idea what you can do with it. If you search "sous vide" and anything you want to cook, you can find good advice. Kenji Lopez has lots of examples, and Douglas Baldwin has a good food safety page, so you know what temps you need to avoid those issues. PS: As we speak, I'm enjoying lamb loin chops I cooked four hours at 131ºF and hit with a weed torch. Then I just poured the jus on top, and I'm ready to eat. Now, I did prepare them the traditional way, with sea salt, black pepper, garlic and rosemary, but you don't have to, of course. Once you dial in a time and temp, it always comes out perfect.
