Powdered agar... 8g, Water... 150ml~200ml
Granulated sugar... 260g, Kirsch liqueur... 20ml
Salt-pickled cherry blossoms... as needed

0:30 Wash salt-pickled cherry blossoms in water, then soak overnight to remove salt.
