Today I'm going to show you how to make these deliciously moist chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting! These are a perfect dessert to enjoy with coffee/tea or after your meal. Best for kids & home parties.
✿ Ingredients for Chocolate Cupcakes:
1 cup (240 ml) boiling hot water
1 1/3 cups (175 grams) all purpose flour
1/2 cup (50 grams)cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup (200 grams) granulated white sugar
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large eggs
Bake at (375 F/ 190 c) for 16 to 20 minutes.
✿Ingredients for vanilla butter cream frosting:
1/2 cup unsalted butter( room temperature)
1 -1/2 cups powdered sugar / confectioners’ sugar /icing sugar
1 Tbsp milk - room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
