■Chocolate cream
60g…Couverture sweet
50ml…Fresh cream
150ml…Fresh cream
10g…Granulated sugar
① Melt the chocolate in the microwave or hot water bath.
Add 50ml of fresh cream warmed to around 60℃.
② Add the remaining 150ml of fresh cream.
Strain it and let it rest in the refrigerator.

③ Make a base by rolling the dough
④ Cover the base with the remaining chocolate cream.
⑤ Cover with the chocolate you made for decoration.
⑥ Finish with fruits, Christmas decorations, and powdered sugar.
