Ingredients
1000 gram fresh Cranberry
For achar/pickle masala-
2 Tbsp pach foron (পাঁচ ফোড়ন )
2 Tbsp coriander seeds
1-1/2 Tbsp celery seeds(রাধুনি সিডস)
1tsp Nigella, Kalojeere, Kalonji
For achar
3/4 cup mustard oil
4-5 dry chili
1/2 tsp pach foron
1 cup Jaggery (আখের গুড়)
1 cup granulated Sugar
Salt
1 Tbsp chili flakes
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp Achar Masala
আঁচার মসলা--
২ টেবিল চামচ পাঁচফোড়ন
২ টেবল চামচ আস্ত ধনিয়া
১-১/২ টেবিল চামচ রাঁধুনি সিডস
১ চা চামচ কালি জিরা
