Curd- 1/2cup
Water- 1/4cup
For Fry Paneer N Veggies
Butter- 1tbsp
Paneer- 180gm
Capsicum - 1 (cube)
Tomato - 1 (cube)
Onion- 1 (cube)
Ginger- 1inch ( julienne )
Green chilli
For Gravy
Butter- 1tbsp
Oil-1tbsp
Bey leaf - 1
Ginger- 1/2tsp (rushed)
Prepared cashew paste
Prepared curd
Salt to taste
Water- 1/4cup
Prepared masala
Fried paneer
Fried veggie
