Debbie you have turned me into a GREAT cook. Your instructional videos stand out above the rest because you show every step, not taking for granted that the viewer knows what to do. For instance, drying the fish prior to seasoning...that makes a difference. My husband went fishing and caught a lot of porgies. I followed this recipe, had my mom and some friends over, and it was quite the rave. I topped it off with a sauce you made in a previous video and I received compliments galore. Thank you for your tutorial! I caught a little kokane (like a fresh water salmon) and I cooked it with your tutorial and it tasted just like how my grandmother used to make it. I miss her so much, and it was beautiful to remember her in such a way and to cook a fish I caught! Thank you!

Ms. Debbie, that fish look good! I wouldn't mind having a piece of that for tea/breakfast. My Granny from Belize used to cut up some onions and steam it in vinegar then throw that over her mountain of fried fish every Saturday. Man, I miss her. thanks sweet mama. I've been frying fish on high with equal time on both sides. Although it looks nice and brown, it always had an oily sheen and not too crispy. I believe your technique will solve that. Going into the kitchen now. thanks.

Thank u Debbie for this video. I hate frying fish because somehow it is always popping up at me and i have a couple of burn scars to prove it lol. With this video, i believe I can do a much better job of it. I never knew about fishes being older and that's why they get all scrunched or puffed up, thanks for that. Happy New Year Miss Debbie.
