Croissants are not easy to make. The dough should go through a series of folding and chilling to laminate the butter in each layer. It's impossible to work with soft croissant dough, so that's why we have to chill it after folding. If you are baking this, I hope you like this finicky but step by step video. Cheers darlings😊

Finally attempted to bake croissants yesterday and a big thank you for your finicky step by step video, I did it. The croissants were flaky rich buttery delicious. My family enjoyed them very much and wants me to bake more. Maraming salamat po!

I don't know how this one got past me, lol. You know I'll put in the work but I just have 2 questions. Can I use bread flour instead of All Purpose? I want to try to make the kneading process easier on myself, lol. 2nd question. Are you using the entire egg as well as the milk or just the yolk and milk because my egg wash doesn't look as yellow as yours. 🤷♀️ Just to let you know. Your latest bread recipe is now out of the oven. They look AMAZING. Not to mention my house smells like a Bakery 😁 Thanks so much for all of the great recipes you've shared with us. Hi! Weng, you're right! May kahirapan ang paggawa ng croissant kung wala kang tiyaga walang mangyayari bumili ka na lang sa bakery or grocery sabagay mura lang lalo na sa Costco. While watching your demo parang ayaw ko ng tapusin pero ipinagpatuloy ko ang panonood hanggang the end of your demo. I followed all the measurement but why the outcome of the dough is not as good as in the video? Mine was a failure, it is so sticky and didn't double in size. Any idea what makes it a failure?
