The most delicious garlic bread made with Our Paula's Garlic Butter or Butta. And it's so easy to make!
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 Crusty White Rolls
25g Parmesan Cheese, grated
50g Our Paula's Garlic Butter or Butta (room temperature, so it's easy to use)
METHOD
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
1- Make 4 slits across each roll about 15mm apart, and do the same the other way.
2- Take slices of Our Paula's Garlic Butter or Butta and push into each of the slits in the bread roll. Be generous, with the butter here and make sure it gets all the way into the roll.
3- Put the grated parmesan in a bowl. Hold the roll over the top of the bowl and with a teaspoon push the parmesan into the slits with the garlic butter. Again, be generous with the cheese.
4-Wrap each roll in tinfoil.
5- Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes until it's golden brown and smells amazing!
Great served with a soup.
