* Ingredient and seasoning
1200 g pork belly
1 liter of water
1 onion
1 large onion
some ginger
10 cloves of garlic
3 Tbsp of sugar
4 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of coffee powder
1 Tbsp of soy bean paste

삼겹살 1200 그램, 물 1 리터, 양파 1개, 대파 1개, 생강 한톨, 마늘 한톨, 설탕 3큰술, 간장 4 큰술, 커피 1 작은술, 된장 1큰술

Step 1: Prepare one liter of water. In the pot, add 1 onion, 1 leek, some ginger, 10 cloves of garlic, 3 Tbsp of sugar, 4 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of coffee powder, 1 Tbsp of soy bean paste and sliced pork (1200 g)
Step 2: Place the heat over high and boil the prepared meat without lid for about 20 mins. Once the meat has boiled for around 20 mins. reduce the heat over medium and boil the meat another 40 to 50 mins. with the lid. Place well-cooked meat on a plate and let cool for 10 min
Step 3: Slice the cooled meat thinly.
