I've always scrambled eggs close to this. I have two ways I make them. For regular scrambled eggs, I prepare them the same but use a fork to stir them as they cook. For what i call "omeletized" scrambled eggs, I use a spatula and just fold them as they cook. I always used milk until I met my husband. He used water instead. I've done it both ways but have never done an actual test to see what's the difference. I think I may do that!
