Siomai is the Filipino term for steam Chinese dumplings that are usually filled with pork, occasionally shrimp.
Here's my version of Siomai
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo of ground pork
1 medium-sized onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
spring onions chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sugar
wonton wrapper
Yields 30pcs of Siomai
