Valencia Triangulo is street food afternoon sweet snacks from Malabon City with Saba ( Thai bananas) , bikong pinipig ( rice crackers delicacy) with jackfruit wrapped in a spring roll wrapper deep fried coated with caramel. Yummy & super crunchy .
My sister called this Turon when she first saw it super lolo paputok 🤣because of the triangular shape.
If you love the usual turon im sure you will like this kind of turon even though it has a different shape. Just control putting the pinipig Biko if you are cutting sugar 1 Tablespoon will be enough plus a slices of bananas.
