How To Make Easy Roll Baklava Dough | Homemade Baklava
Hello, today we will make homemade baklava. With the Ramadan holiday approaching, I wanted to share a baklava dough that can be easily rolled without tearing.
Good luck to those who will try. Unfortunately, I cooked hard because my oven broke down during cooking, so I focused on the dough part in this video. More detailed and more beautiful videos will come to the sherbet, cooking, opening and cutting parts later.
MATERIALS
125 g butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 spoon of vinegar
half a teaspoon of oil
half a glass of milk
1 teaspoon of water
1 fishtail
5 cups of flour
