Ingredients to make Egg Roll (Indian Street Food)
2 cooked rotis
2 Eggs
1 medium sized onion thinly sliced
1 small tomato thinly sliced
2 Green chillies finely chopped
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
A dash of chaat masala (optional)
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

How to make Egg Roll (Indian Street Food)
In a bowl, beat an egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and add the egg. Quickly place the cooked rotis on the wet egg mixture so that it sticks well. Keep drizzling oil and cook it well on both sides.
In the mean while, mix the sliced onions,tomato, chillies and lime juice in a separate bowl.
Place the egg paratha, ( egg side up) on a plate. Place the onion mixture in the centre, sprinkle a pinch of salt and chaat masala.
Roll tightly and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
