7g instant dry yeast (20g fresh yeast | 10g active dry yeast)
290g bread flour
260g all-purpose flour
150g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
180g room temperature butter, cut into small cubes

130g powdered sugar

2 teaspoons instant dry yeast ( 2.5 tablespoons fresh | 3.5 teaspoons)

2 cups all-purpose flour
