3 large eggs, preferably using fresh organic eggs.
A tablespoon of olive oil.
A pinch of salt.
A pinch of ground black pepper.
How to prepare
Place a suitable sized frying pan on a very low heat, and add olive oil, just enough to have a thin layer of oil covering the bottom of the frying pan. Add the eggs to the pan before it gets hot and the oil in it heats up. Adding the eggs while the pan is still cold helps prevent them from sticking to the bottom. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper to the eggs, then leave them on a very low heat until they cook slowly and the transparent whites turn white, and the cooking process takes several minutes.
