couscoumas are comorian crispy and layered flat breads . They are also found in other East African countries such as Tanzania, Kenya ..., under the names of chapati or couscoma.
Here i show you another easy method folding method to have more layers.
INGREDIENTS
1kg all-purpose flour
1tsp salt
about 400ml of water
6 tbsp ghee, melted for kneading
5 tbsp for layering
ghee or oil for cooking
