Garlic chive cakes are very popular street food in Cambodian. It is soft & chewy dough and it is crispy on the outside. We will have it sweet & sour dipping sauce. You better try it.
Ingredients:
200g Chive Garlic
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tablespoon Oyster sauce
1 Tablespoon cooking oil
1 1/4 cup [200g] Rice flour
1 cup [100g] Tapioca Starch
300ml (you can add more) Water
Sweet Dipping Sauce
4 Tablespoons Water
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Fish sauce
1 Tablespoon Vinegar or Lime juice
1 clove garlic
A little Chili
Sweet and Sour Dipping Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Water
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon or less of Vinegar or Lime juice
A little Chili
