Candy Apple Recipe (small recipe)
2 Cups of Sugar
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of light corn syrup
Add flavor at 250 degrees
Cook mixture to 300 degrees then remove
This is a half recipe for small dipping.
This will cover depending on the size of the apples:
Small Apples- 2 to 4
Medium Apples- 2 to 3
Large Apples- 1 to 2

Cook until 300°... take off and add your americolor airbrush sheen until you get the gold color desired. Mix really well, let bubble die down just for a few seconds. Dip apples holding your pot at a slanted angle towards you. Tilt apple, dip in and swirl around until your apple is completely covered with your candy mix. Place on a cookie sheet until dry. Stay away from wax paper. Your apples will stick and you'll have a mess. Unless you use cooking spray.
