What to do with leftover chicken skin? Make gribenes, of course! Don't know what gribenes is? It's fried chicken skin, kind of like a Jewish version of pork rinds. I like to call it Jewish bacon. Sorry for the irreverent comments by my kids. I'm not so good with the audio editing yet.
