INGREDIENTS
oat flakes 500 grams
almonds 100 grams
sesame seeds 50 grams
pumpkin seeds 50 grams
dehydrated coconut 45 grams
raisins 100 grams
dried apricots 100 grams
honey 120 grams
butter 100 grams
Toast the oat flakes in a non-stick pan, perform this step 2-3 times stirring occasionally, a few minutes over medium-low heat will be sufficient.
Remove the oat flakes from the pan and replace them with the almonds, toast them too and then chop them coarsely with a knife.
Cut the dried apricots into small pieces and keep aside.
Place the butter and honey in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
Place the oat flakes, toasted almonds, raisins, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, grated coconut and apricots in a large bowl.
Mix the ingredients and add the hot butter and honey in two or three goes, constantly mixing.
Placethe mixture into a 40x30 cm pan lined with parchment paper, distributing it evenly.
Bake in a static oven at 180 °C - 355 °F for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.
