HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY FRUIT PANCAKE
1/2 CUP OF FLOUR, WATER TO MIX, 2 EGGS ,1 APPLE ,1 ORANGE ,4 STRAWBERRIES,7 ML HONEY
CHOP ALL THE FRUITS INTO SMALL PIECES AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO
FIRST, I WILL TAKE MIXING BOWL. CRACKED 2 EGG AND PUT FLOUR INTO THE BOWL.
NOW PUT ALL THE FRUITS INTO THE SAME BOWL.
MIX ALL THE INGEDIENTS, IF YOU 'RE WORRIED ABOUT THE MIXTURE CLUMPING, USE A SIFTER, AND WATER TO MAKE PANCAKE BATTER.
PLACE A COOKING NON-STICKY PAN ON HIGH HEAT (PUT TINY LITTLE BUTTER ON PAN), POUR PANCAKE BATTER ONTO THE PAN.
AND DON'T CROWD THE PANCAKE. IF YOU PLACE THEM TOO CLOSELY TOGETHER ,THEY WILL MELT INTO ONE GIANT PANCAKE.
LOOK FOR COOKED, DRY EDGES AND GENTLY LIFT THE EDGE OF THE PANKCAKE TO SEE IF THE BOTTOM IS GOLDEN BROWN,CAREFULLY FLIP IT OVER TO COOK THE OTHER SIDE.
LOOK FOR COOKED, DRY EDGES AND GENTLY LIFT THE EDGE OF THE PANKCAKE TO SEE IF THE BOTTOM IS GOLDEN BROWN, CAREFULLY FLIP IT OVER TO COOK THE OTHER SIDE.
CUT IT AS YOUR WISH OR AS IN THE VIDEO.
NOW PLACE THE PANCAKE SLICES IN SERVING PLATE AND GARNISH WITH SOME STRAWBERRIES WITH HONEY.
