🍃 Necessary materials;

4 potatoes (boiled up to 500 g)

For the dough;
4 cups of flour (430 g) (measuring glass 200 ml water glass)
1 egg (medium size)
1 teaspoon salt

🍃 Butter-and-garlic sauce for Uzeri;
2 tablespoons of butter (90 g)
4-5 cloves of garlic (more if you like garlic)
A little red pepper (optional)

For 🍃 sauce;
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of mint
🍃1 bowl of yoghurt
1-2 cloves of garlic
Little salt
I only use butter while preparing their sauces. We love it that way. If you want, you can also mix oil and butter. According to the desire, only butter is drizzled and served. Or the mantı is drizzled with garlic yoghurt and butter is drizzled over it.
