2 cups of heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup of honey (or 1 cup of sugar)
2 cups of milk (whole milk is thickest)
1 TBS vanilla
Pour the heavy whipping cream into a pan and gradually bring up the heat while stirring to thicken it up. Add your honey; the heat will melt it so that it is easier to combine (if using sugar, be sure to stir until the sugar is completely dissolved). Turn the heat off. Stir in the milk and vanilla. Pour the mixture into your container and keep refrigerated. It can be used in your coffee immediately.
