The name of the food is "hulbat mark" not hulbata It is the harare cultural food and in this food we don't use the squash but I love your style But you forgot one thing that make hulbat hulbat ,cow tongue the best meat at all and make same big bone it makes it good

Hulbata is the original harargee-Oromo name used in many house holds, we do not use cow tounge and yes squash and many other vegetables are included in many recipes among us oromo-harar.
