1 Shallot
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Fresh Thai Peppers
1 tsp Dried Pepper Flakes

6 tbsp Fish Sauce
3 tbsp Fermented Fish Sauce (Padaek)
1.5 tbs Palm Sugar
1 tsp MSG (optional)
1 tsp Shrimp Paste
