1.5 cup bulgur bulgur
2.5 cup water
8-9 branch fresh onions
1 link parsley
½ fresh mint of mint
1.5 tablespoons tomato slices
1.5 tablespoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
7 soup spoon pomegranate sour
2 tea spoon salt
1 sweet spoon black pepper
3 tea spoon cumin
First add 2.5 cups of water at room temperature with 1.5 cups of browned half-boiled half-boil water and cover the plate for the bulgur's swelling and stand on the edge.
In the meantime, 8-9 branch fresh onion, 1 link parsley and ½ tie the fresh gentle fine grain.
Then mix the cumin with 1.5 tablespoons of tomato soup, 1.5 tablespoons peppercorn, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons pomegranate, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and 3 teaspoons of spicy tomato sauce.
When the bulgur is swollen, preferably add a large bulgur bulb and a salty sauce and knead until all the flavors are tangled together.
First, add mint and onion from the greens and mix. On this count, the taste of mint and onion will catch on. Then add the parsley. It is important to knead the greens without killing too much.
Add 3 tablespoons pomegranate syrup and ½ lemon juice to increase the sourness of the sperm. Do not knead much at this stage as it starts to cook with a lot of lemon juice and gives you a taste of tart.
Lastly, take the soup that you will serve and add 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup on it.
