How long did the meat take to cook.. and can you use a griddle i dont have a bbq ahh😢

@@shamalik2641 I wish I timed it. Sorry. I have a meat thermometer because I’m terrible with timing anything. Use the griddle, if that’s what you have. Wouldn’t be our first time doing that when we are out of charcoal, propane, or wood. My mom even makes the ground beef kabobs in the stove, when the grill isn’t available. She skewers them much smaller and on wood skewers. Maybe like 6-8 inch long pieces. Makes perfect lavash wraps. Bon Apetit. Or as we say in Armenian, Anush Lini. 👩🏻🍳

@@shamalik2641 Thank you for your kind words and support. Many factors influence the cooking. Temperature, kind of meat, richness, and a few other things. Cooking on the griddle makes it more steak than a kebab.
