Cook old kabocha squash with fermented bamboo shoots and eat.... you will never forget the taste..... this kabocha squash should be old and should be yellow colour in skin.....cook with just oil, some turmeric powder, chilli powder, some hot chilli, bay leaves.....if you want to get more taste, use turmeric leaves instead of powder
