In here I'm going to Share with you how to make cute steamed dumplings that will aww your heart instead of normal one.
Ingredients:
Dumpling Dough (饺子皮)
1) All Purpose Flour (中筋面粉) :500g
2)Salt (盐):5g
3)Egg White(蛋白):1/2
3)Water (水):230g (+-)
Chicken Filling (鸡肉馅)
1) Chicken Thighs (腿) : 350g
2)Salt (盐):3g
3)Sugar (糖):2g
4)Oyster Sauce (蚝油) :5g
5) Dark Soy sauce (酱油):10g
6)Egg (蛋):1 (small)
7) Onion minced (洋葱碎): 20g
8) Sesame Oil (芝麻油):10g
9)Onion Ginger Water (葱姜水):50g
Dipping Sauce (蘸酱)
1)Minced Garlic (蒜末):4 cloves
2)Oyster Sauce (蚝油): 1 TBSP
3) Soy Sauce (生抽): 1 TBSP
4) Flavored Herbs Oil : Some (少许)
5)Apple Cider vinegar (苹果醋):Some (少许)
