Today's Recipe we are going to make Kenyan Mandazi.
INGREDIENTS:
- Self raising flour
-sugar
-vegetable oil
-salt
-water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a basin pour the self-raising flour .
-Add in the amount of sugar you would want
-Add a pinch of salt
- Mix everything untill they are equally mixed
-Pour in warm water and KNEAD till the dough is nicely done ,make sure you need a soft dough
-When it's nice done,cover it will a cling film or wet towel. put in in a warm place for more than 2 hours.
- After the 2 hours,in a deep frying pan put in vegetable oil.
- Place it in fire untill it's super hot.
-Roll your Mandazi Dough and cut to the shapes you want.
- put ilyour Mandazi into the hot oil and cook till it's ready.
Serve with Tea and Enjoy
