Ingredients:
1/2 medium onion
2-3 pounds of lean ground beef (any ground beef)
1 tbsp of paprika, taco seasoning, paprika, and chili powder (you can add your favorites these are mine)
About 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/2 Fine Parmesan Cheese
Glaze
1/2 cup of no sugar ketchup
salt and pepper
bake for about 50-60 mins depending on thickness
