Good morning from Texas; I have a question do you have a dough recipe that would work to make keto “flour” tortillas that I can cook on the stove top and have them still turn out like a traditional tortilla? Since I’m gluten sensitive there things I’ve had to take out if my diet. My tortilla reside was simple ; flour, salt, melted lard and a little water. I’ve never used leavening because I don’t like the texture or the thickness. Thank you for any advice or pointers you can give me. I love 💗 watching your channel because it shows that being vegan isn’t boring or yucky. Have a wonderful day.

I have a question about the coconut flour you use; does it smell like sweet coconut or do you use a different type of coconut flour? Mine is sweet tasting does that make a difference?

This bread is amazing! I have tried a lot of recipes and it’s hard to find one that works for sandwiches and has the flavour of bread. I used 3/4 of the water and could use a little less next time. I look forward to checking out your other recipes now… thank you so much!

Thanks for the recipe. I did twice, first time it was not soft enough. Then the second time I used warm water instead of hot water in the recipe under video description, I could smell fermentation and the dough raised bit. It finally turn out soft and nice. For anyone have similar problem, try warm water, so it will not kill the yeast. AND for the best taste I think it taste so nice next day after baked, because the bread will absorb all the flavour from the herbs and olive oil.

Made the dough last night so I could bake it to serve with aubergine parmigiana today... I was extra careful with kneading so the bread would turn out well...and it did! Was very pleased. Every time I bake a new recipe, I like it better than the previous and this one could well be my favourite for now. Thank you. 😀🙏 And baking by following recipes have taught me more patience! I didn't like following recipes and often started to do my own thing...and of course the results were not so good. So I've done my best to follow the recipe and direction and all gone very well...

Thank you for this recipe. I will have to try it again. My bread definitely did not pull apart. It was light, not dense which was good. Browned nicely. I used apple cider vinegar and I used fine coconut flour. Those might be the problem. I had to bake it much longer. I want to get this recipe correct so badly. Thank s again

First, I think it was lucky for me that youtube took me here. I believe keto meal is good for health, but sometimes I hesitate to eat much animal fat! So your vegan keto meal is perfect for me! Hi i enjoy watching your videos. I tried making a cake and bread with your suggestions and it came out yummy. I used coconut flour ,ground almond flour, psyllium husk and coconut oil. All together 3/4 of a big cup say 150 gms approx and baking soda. I made cake in microwave high in a. Large cup adding raisins ,dry fruits all types of nuts , with vanilla essence and it came out very well. The batter was a little runny so i added a few table spoons of water chest nut flour ( Singada flour used commonly in india in festive season) and the bread was was very soft and tasty. The only mishap i baked the bread in a metal container for 10 minutes high in regular mode and then realised the mistake and baked again for 10 min in Convection mode and turned out nice. But later on after few hours the microwave blew and i am getting it repaired. Christmas gift.

This is great! Tasty and filling. A little difficu;lt to get the water quantity right but still worked. I plan to adapt it into a garlic bread. All the garlic bread recipes I have found so far are full of cheese. As a vegetarian keto, I am heartily sick of cheese! So many keto recipes on line are fake and simply do not work, so keep up the good work!

The focaccia looks great. You give weights in grams, but then switch to cups for the water. I've used converters and they go from 236ml up to 284ml. I would appreciate it if you could give us ml measurements too. Love your videos. Thanks.

I literally used psyllium husk powder but it’s not the same consistency as whole psyllium husks. Next time I’ll use the whole because it didn’t quite bake up right with the powder. I’m trying baking it longer to see if it sets

@@meredithbrown944 what do you mean when you say it didn't pull apart? Yes I tried it with whole psyllium husk and it's still very dense and doesn't really rise. Sometimes I'm in the mood for dense bread but sometimes not so much!

I am baking this delicious looking bread right now. I was super surprised when I looked at it 30 min in and it has blown up like a balloon!!! I released the hot air by puncturing it with a fork but its filling up with air again! What have I done wrong. I followed the recipe to a T. Its not done yet so can't comment on the final taste and texture 😆

I made it turned out nice but i do not know if i needed more water in the dough because the middle was very gummy, i put it back in the oven to get more of a crisp but still. Also is there something we can add to get less coconut taste? Either way this is beautiful for people who are gluten free!
