Koose or Akara is a bean fritter from the northern part of Ghana and can also be found in Nigeria. We mostly have it for breakfast with kooko (millet porridge). It can be eaten as a snack or as a side to a meal as it contains a lot of protein. You can make it VEGAN by not adding the egg.This recipe is long overdue, it has only four ingredients.
