Yay….. Krampus! Such an interesting character! As I was watching, these horns would also be perfect for a Loki costume if finished in a gold colour :)

Thanks for the video. Doesn’t look to difficult to make. I am looking to make some but some how attach to a headband maybe. What do you recommend

The Krampus horns are large so a headband won't hold them. But with anything smaller no problem, l made a video with Ram horns that are just held in place with an elastic band, (easier to make) Let me know if you have trouble finding it. Good luck and thank you for watching ❤

These are completely amazing. Like you said so light! I’ve never worked with paper clay but your result is so organic and smooth I will look into it! I’m curious to make horns even bigger…. (Twice the size?) I suppose I can use your pattern and extend it from the base in length? Every blessing and gratitude!

The horns l made here are big, yes you can make them longer but you have to balance the mask because there will be more pull on it if that makes sense. The hardest part is always how does the prop stays on you comfortably and without knocking into the world around you! Let me know how your build goes!

Thank you!❤l think l used a silver paint with bronze high lights, l am presently working on a new Krampus mask but these horns are still great and with the pattern easy to make

I am at home now and looking at the horns l see l used as a base coat regular black paint, that is I usually go to the paint store or the paint department at Home Depot and choose the colour I want and ask for a sampler that is the best deal, you get good quality paint for little money. Now the silver and bronze paint is from RUST-OLEUM, Metallic, l love these and use them a lot. Thank you for commenting!

Very nice. I am planning to do ibex-like horns and I am looking for ways on how to do them. Those are very close to what I am imagining. They look like the buck horns, though I will most likely do more of a doe horns.

I was going for the alpine ibex look here, they are using real ones for the Krampus masks in Europe. But you can easily adapt the pattern to whatever shape you image, but the bigger the harder the are to wear of course. I made a video how to make ram horns that are easy to make..good look on your prop making journey, l am here to help! Ask me l will help figure out difficult stuff

sure, that is the neat thing about making stuff yourself, change the colour, shorten it, make them slimmer, but the hardest part about horns is to have them stay on your head in a balanced way, I definitely will make more videos about horns.
