Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
6 Bone-in Chicken Thighs
1/2 Juice of lemon
1/3 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons of Parsley
2 tablespoons of Honey
Zest of a Lemon
1 tablespoon of Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon of Onion Powder
2 teaspoons of Salt
1 teaspoon of Chicken Bouillon Seasoning (optional)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together spices, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley and honey.
2. Coat the bone-in chicken thighs with the marinade until fully incorporated. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
3. Slice a lemon into thin rounds, and place them on top of the chicken.
4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 400°F, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
5. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the oven, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
6. Garnish the chicken with chopped parsley, and serve hot with your favorite side dish.
