The activity of cutting the problems is just like Scoot. I never thought of making it myself. Cool idea.

This was very informative. Thank you. This coming year. I will be teaching Math for the first time in 3 years. The last time I did, I got an idea from a teacher on KZitem (I don't remember who it was.). She used the acronym M.A.T.H. M-Meet with the teacher A- At your seat T- Technology H-Hands on activities I just need to create the schedule for it. I don't know where my students are, so I found an end of the year assessment from their previous grade(1st) to see the strengths and weaknesses at a glance and work to fill those gaps as I teach them 2nd grade standards. My old district had a curriculum that had an assessment like that built in, except they used the end of the year of the current grade. Thanks again.

Omg ladies thank you so much. I teach Chess, K-6, and have been reckoning my brain trying to figure out some things. After watching y’all I can clearly focus on my ideas now for my CIE classes.

This is amazing! Ty so much. Centers have been such a mystery and something many teachers don't talk about very clearly. Amazing

@@Wendidjohnson Oh thank you so much! Yeah I feel like centers were so much trial and error for me for years. I was planning on doing an update on this topic as I’ve modified things a bit more for 5th grade. Stay tuned! ☺️
