Ingredients
2 to 3 Pound of Chuck Steak / Diezmillo
8 to 10 cups of water
2 1/2 Tbs (Knorr Chicken broth) or 1/2 Tbs Salt (Adjust to taste as salts vary)
2 Potatoes
3 Carrots
2 zucchinis
2 Corn on the cob
20 Green beans or desired amount
1/4 cabbage
1 Anaheim pepper or green bell pepper
1 chayote
2 green onion
Small bunch of cilantro (optional)
This recipe pairs well with a side of rice, corn tortilla, avocado, lime, and a choice of pepper flakes like chiltepines or your favorite Mexican hot sauce.
Tips- The longer you sear the beef, the darker your broth. You’ll also have a deeper beef flavored broth.
