Moist Brownie Cookies
Ingredients List:
Three cups of flour (200 ml cup)
125 g butter (at room temperature)
A teacup of oil
A teacup of powdered sugar
One egg
Three tablespoons of cacao
A pack of baking powder
A pack of vanilla
For the syrup:
A cup of granulated sugar
A cup of water
Preparation:
After the taking water and sugar in a pot and starting to boil them together, we boil it for 5 minutes on low heat and then leave it to cool down. We pour flour into the mixing bowl, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla, powdered sugar, sift and blend them all together, open the middle, add the egg, add the butter which is at room temperature, and oil and start mixing from the middle. You should have a dough as soft as an earlobe come out. We divide it into 35 equal parts and roll them out. We take it on a tray lined with baking paper and put it in a preheated oven at 180°. We cook it for 17-20 minutes on the middle floor of the oven. 2 minutes after taking it out of the oven, we dip them in cold syrup and take them on the serving plate. Sprinkle some ground peanuts on and serve them. Bon Appetit!
