I remember watching my mom make khobz and she would give us some dough to play with when I was little. I want to learn how to make it. We used semolina.

you can start with this recipe, you will find it's going to be almost the same. its almost the same recipe but you have people who use white flour, whole wheat, semolina, or a mix.

Thank you so so so much for creating these videos & translating this wisdom into English! I’m married to a Moroccan man but I’m very American. My mother in law passed away before I got to learn how to cook Moroccan food from her. Plus we live in America so I don’t have a resource. Your website and now these videos have transformed my cooking and made my husband a very happy man! Thank you!!

I would love to have a mixing bowl like the one she uses--does it have a particular name? It looks like glazed terra cotta? 🙏🏻
